This training program is designed to get your kids back in shape for cross-country season. We focus on building endurance and getting acclimated to the southern Indiana heat/humidity.
Practices are Monday at 7pm, Wednesday at 7pm, and Saturday at 8am at various locations in southern Indiana, starting June 8th and going until July 18th
Monday and Wednesday practices will be at Shadow Lake Park in Charlestown
